Dollhouse (2009-2011) is an American sci-fi series created by Joss Whedon. The two-season show revolved around a mysterious corporation that ran Dollhouses across the globe. These Dollhouses are establishments that houses Actives (Dolls), who are hired by wealthy individuals. The Dolls are imprinted with temporary personalities for their various engagements, and have their memory wiped and returned to a doll-like state, ready for the next assignment. The series primarily followed the exploits of Echo and her fellow Dolls.
