It's good to hear from you after a long time Big Brother T.J ! Big Brother
you have to remember both you and I are boys . And Asley is a girl . I believe
a whole lot of girls out there are just crazy for a body like his . To answer
your question , no I don't like his kind of body and I think success has
really gone to his head just like the rest of the top cast memembers .Because
so far 8 twilight conventions had come and gone in L.A and none of these top
cast memebers ever show up to meet and greet the fans . With my experience
with celebrites , the only celebs who don't inter react with the fans are
the ones who consider themselves too good for us . That's my opinion Bro .

Deadlifts are the greatest escercise on the planet . After a certain point

muscle mass and power you need to go heavy on the bench and start going
a little more heavier . You must trust me in this one Cobra , natural

Mamun, if you are losing muscle mass fast, eat grams of protein equal to the pounds you weigh. You shouldn't be losing muscle if you do that. But when working out, eat protein along with carbos and minerals for support, energy and respiration assistance. Vitamins should also be taken, but not in large quantities.

Thanks for your reply Mamun. Very insightful! It's funny, but I was just measured again today and came out to 5'9 5/8" (1/8" over 5'9.5") and I was told that 220 pounds is too heavy for my height and age (32 years old), but muscle mass is rarely if ever taken into account in the medical field. They go by the height/weight chart and it's not accurate imo. BTW, my calorie intake is relatively high as well Mamun.

1) My friend If it is O.K I would like to keep how much calories I eat a
day a little confidential . Becuase a lot of people here would not
understand why I consume so much and might get the wrong idea . But I
will say this . Eating more calories than what the doctors Height/weight
and age chart has recomended isn't always a bad idea . I think since both
you and I been training weights for a long time and since by now we have
a very good knowledge of the sport , it is understandable that the amont
of calories you eat must equal or be more than the amount of calories you
burn a day . At your height/age/weight there is an amount that a doctor
will give you . But that same amount must be changed if you are into
heavy manuel labour and you work out intensively as is the case with me !
In this case consuming the doctors alocated amount could have
harmfull effects you . I know too many health fanatics out there believe
that the best way to stay healthy and fit is by consuming less and less
calories and cut down on carbs . Very serious mistake my friend . Calories
are energy that you get from carbs . When you consume too less carbs and
you burn out more calories than the body can handle , your body will start
looking for other places to burn calories and then it will start buring
important muscle mass . Case in point , I know of a lot of people who
run 20 miles a day on the thread machine and live only on a salad diet !
very serious mistake !

2) I am with you on the fact that people ask me the same question . I am
in the same body type as you . I know very well that the stuff I wrote
above is known to you already . Hope someone else might learn something
by reading it .

People ask me why I weigh so much for my height. They don't realize that the more years you lift weights, the more muscle your body carries and it reflects on the scale. I wrote something wrong in my earlier post . I too can bicep curl 135 pounds
(that is two plates of 45 lbs and the bar which happens to be 45 lbs too ) .
T.J , you can Body Build and still go for Journalism or what ever career you
choose . It's called time management and you only have to learn how to
balance your time very efficiently . Body Building is the most wonderful
sport on Earth . It teaches you so much discepline and you will live healthy
for the rest of your life .

B.I.G Mamun, I can do 265 pounds bench press for 2 reps max with close hand stance. So your hands are 8cms apart and bench pressing. I never tried 300 pounds, but i will try next week at Gym. (Haven't gone to gym for 3 weeks). I can do 130 pounds bicep barbell curls for 10 reps max. (Been working on biceps for 4 years since first going to gym at 14) I was going to try bodybuilding but, nah concentrate getting a journalism career right now. My brother is a fitness trainer and he tried the bodybuilding gear course for 5 months but bailed out because the pressure was too excruciating for him. (apparently in bodybuilding novice, you have to do a raw deadlift of 500 pounds!)

Mamun my brother, your more of power than strength. Remember, strength is POWER * ENDURANCE. I am more of endurance, maybe a bit of strength. Since i sometimes go to gym, i rely on mainly calisthenics for concentration and focus rather than changing my body image.

PS: Try doing 800 ab crunches and 550 reverse ab crunches a day. You will seriously tone up your body. Haha, no women will resist then, Mamun.

I actually used to be up around there for back training, i could stack most lat pulldown machines, i used to do sets of 5-8 bpullups with 45kg strapped to my waist..Dips as well.
I only ever benched 110kg as a 1 rep max though.. but i could bench 70kg for 35reps..
Your figuers are very impressive though mamun and i have big respect for your love of superman.. Christopher reeve all the way for me, i think you'd be a better supeman than Brandon Routh..

40 lbs and get ripped ! Second , I am amazed how you read my mind ? I do
train to keep my Supermun Strength at a max but I also wish I was more

Actually Leung you will find this hard to beleive but me and some of my
friends in Abu Dhabi were banned from a lot of " ALL YOU CAN EAT " KFC and
Pizza Hutts because of over eating ! I once finished a Buckket of 10 piece
KFC and four large fries all by myself ! My 6' 4" 365 pound friend finished
twice that ! I join a lot of Americans on a very bad & Danerous illness
called FOODAHOLIC ! I am not too proud of it but Leung please keep this

Ok Zack I will now answer all your questions ! starting from your first one !

1) This is the way I see it my friend ! When you are at a height that is
almost average where ever you go , then it will be very difficult to not
tell the truth ! For example , people who are in the 5' 3" till 5' 10 "
range will find it very difficult to pump up their actual heights ! Like
I am 5' 8" and when someone who is only 5' 7" tells me he is 5' 9" , I can
tell in one second that he is not telling the truth ! It will be difficult
for a 5' 5" tall guy to come up with 5'7" becuase anyone who is 5' 7" will
notice in one second that your not telling the truth ! How ever , people
starting from 6' 5" and up can add more than 5 inchs to their heights
without any of us knowing ! A 6' 7" tall guy can always tell me he is
6' 10" and to me he might seem so . But for 5' 5" to claim 5' 7" is not
the same thing ! Hope you don't take any offense to what I had said ?

2 AS of now , the job market in the US is not very charming ! But your
degree has a lot of promise . Yes there is some truth to that last
statement but you can easily over come that with a charming sense
of humour and personnality . There is a million more things I can say
in this regard , but only if you were infront of me !

3) I haven't seen all these gentle man in a standing together so I can't
really tell the difference ! And yes obesity does make short people like
us shorter !

My guess is you may as well end up 5' 5.5" or even 5' 6" ! But if there is
someone extra ordinary tall on either side of your family , you may catch
up to him ! 5' 6" is regarded as avarage height for an Indian !

Shaid Kapoor not more than 5' 6.5" barefoot in my opinion !

Well my friend James , it is very difficult to pin down a woman's height
becuase they are always wearing fashionable high heels ! She was wearing
heels at the time but I couldn't remember if it was around 2 or 1.5 inchs?
Even ROB would agree with me that pinning down a woman's height , especially
the super famous ones , isn't as easy as pinning down a man's . But I agree
with you , there may be a slight chance of her being over 5' 10" . For one

round is true ! Do not stop eating right or in good quantity ! If your body
doen't get enough nutirents , it will really hurt your growth and your
over all health . At 170 cm , even if you are a good muscular body at
160- 175 pounds , youwill be OK . Don't try to be too thin !

My friend linke , we have already proven here that our friend Shahid kapoor
in no more than 5' 6" ! Just look at the pitures posted by Zohan of Shahid

Ok my friend Zohan I have good news for you ! Yes there are many ways you
can keep your morning height and even be taller ! But the sad thing is I
really could have been able to help you even better if only I was there in
gym with you . I will still try my best anyway .

Rule NO. 1 . If you want to maintain your morning height then nothing is more
important than good posture . During the whole day try and maintain a posture
as if you are in the army and the general is right infront of you ! Do not &
I say it again do not sloutch even for a second when you are talking to
people shrter than you ! This will eventually lead to height loss and even
back pain . Most people around the world don't realize this fact .

Rule NO. 2 - Try some back extension excercises in the gym and a lot of
stretching excercises ! I don't know if you have a back extension machine in
the gym or not but if you don't then try to do those ring pull ups which are
practiced by gymist . In the morning as soon as you get up , try puting your
arms as high as you can on your tip toes for a few seconds and then lower
yourself to touch your toes .

Rule NO. 3 -- Try sleeping on your back on a hard floor for a few hours of
the day and make sure you bed is not too soft . Very Soft mattresses kills
the back !

Rule NO. 4 -- Some powerlifting excercises help gain height too but I am so
sorry I won't be able to tell through the Key Board of a computer .

bit towards obesity !

I am surprised to see that you find age 34 old ! My friend 44 year old
Randy Cuture knocked out 27 year old Gabriel Gonzaka ! 46 year old George
Foreman knocked out 25 year Micheal Moore ! And did you see the latest Sly
pictures at 64 years old ? So tell me now if 34 years is too old ? The only
restrictions to Body Building is the following : --

1) If you have a messed up back or slip-disc problem , then Body Building
can be off limits for you !
2) Heart condition ! Body Building requires you to be heart disease free !
3) Artridise or joint problems . Body building could be difficult if you
have these conditions .

Please remember age is not a restriction in Body building ! I hope my

my history books . Here is the thing ;-- When India , Pakistan and east
Pakistan ( Now Bangladesh ) were being separated after world war 2 , a lot

regions of Pakistan are of real Pakistani descent and come from the Aryan
race . That should explain their fair skin colour , blue eyes and even
blond hair . I remember reading once that Alexandra the great had a very
tough battle fighting in this region because the men were very tall and

Okay James , the reason I stayed quite all this time regarding my unforgetable
encounter with Hogan was because I was first very young and don't have a photo! I was only 14 at the time and at 169 cm and only 135 pounds . The date
was 13th September ( I don't want to say the year becuase I don't like giving
away my age ) !

It was a Sunday morning at 6.00 am in a Motel near San Francisco Int'l
airport , I was waiting with my whole family , my mom , older brother ,older
sister, my dad and my Aunt's family of three in the lobby ready to be transported to the Airport . Three was a glass wall and a glass door is what
I remember and I was still not fully awake.You KNOW in every body's life time
there comes moments that you will never expect to happen and see things that
was beyond your belief ! This was one such moment in my life ! Because I was
looking at the wall clock above the glass door to see if it was coming near
6.30 am ( The time our Shuttle was supposed to arrive ) and then something
huge covered the entire glass door and a few inches beyound it . " IT WAS
HULK HOGAN """""""""" !!!!!!!!!!!!!! A HULK HOGAN WHO WAS IN HIS PRIME AND
CHAMP !!!!!!!!!!! If I say I couldn't beleive my eyes that would be an
understatement ! Oh My GOD he was Huge and Muscular and those Phytons looked
like Building supports . The last person on earth that I was expecting to walk
through that day was HOGAN ! I had seen the Movie Rocky III and he was every
bit as Gigantic . I ran towards him and said like " Hi there " several times !
He didn't respond but after a moment he said " I AM TIRED KID " ! My Dad and
my older Brother don't like wrestling that much and said in a different
language " This guy is an animal " ! He was wearing two inches of cowboy
boots but he still didn't look to me as tall as my 6' 7" cousin . I am very
sorry guys but I don't remember how tall he was back then . I last measured
him at 6' 7" 6.15 pm barfoot only a year ago . But Hogan was incredibly
massive !

Then the mini bus came to take us to the Airport . To my delight HOGAN was
coming with us too . Here is another Historical moment . There wasn't enough
seats left as the mini bus only was an eight seater . So I gave up my seat
for HOGAN ! Then I will never forget the look at his face ! He stared at me
for a few seconds and said the following " GENEROUS KID " !

I now regret what I did to HOGAN in the Bus for 30 mins ! I had my eyes
glued at him without even blinking . I finaly came to know what he was
thinking ! " WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS KID ? WISH HE WOULD STOP STARING AT
ME LIKE THAT " !!!!!!!!!!!! Cause he was like glancing at me for a second
and then looking the other way only to find out I haven't stoped staring at
him ! In my mind I was like thinking , if HOGAN was this Big , than GOD how
big will Andre be ??????????????? Before he left and was droped off at his
terminal he said " BYE HAVE A NICE DAY " I will never forget those moments
in my life ! Hope you liked my story James ?

My friend RisingForce , I had seen Wesley Snipes the same day I meet Bruce ,
Cindy , Amitab on 26th May 1998 ! I have seen him from a distance and in my
opinion he seemed like a 5' 10" to 5' 9" barefoot . Maybe he was wearing
thicker shoes than me , but I can't confirm that !

I've never met Hulk. I met the green tongue'd one in Las Vegas at a wrestling convention. My brother met Hulk 25+ years ago at NBC in NYC, said he was 6' 4" easy back then. Just massive, like a building.

MY friend Cobra , I do not know what country you live in but If by any
chance the WWE do come to your town or near it , then don't miss it is
my advice to you . Save in advance so that you can actually go there and
meet your favorite super stars ! You may never forget that day in your life!

Who I was most impressed well I would go with SID ! Because when I met him
in 29th Nov 1996 and 2nd Dec 1996 , He was a bad guy and very widely known
as Syco SID ! He was also the WWF champion when he came to Dubai ! So I
thought my chances of getting a photo with him would be slim first because
he was a bad guy and second they actually had signs posted not to take
pictures of the Wrestlers . A photo-op with SID was like $ 65/- . To my
surprise , he turned out to be very kind , friendly and I had no trouble
at all in asking him for a photo . You can clearly see in his smiles that
he is indeed very friendly . I am sooo sad that they didn't get him into
any movie deals or bringing him back for aonther run ! I am not saying Kane
was a bad guy , but SID was far more kinder !
Even body wise SID was more impressive because his body is more defined and
Lean . But they both were some one that might give you a heart attack if you
see them suddenly in the dark in your house at night !
