I really don't think she has nearly an inch on Kristen Stewart...Ashely often wears heels to events while Kristen wears flats (especially Converse), so maybe that gives off the illusion that Ashley is quite a bit taller....when they've both been in flats, however, Ashley is at most 1/2" taller, if not the exact same height. mcfan says on 26/Jun/09

You know it's funny. because she is 3 and a half inches shorter than jenny which looks right. but sometimes when you measure out an inch with your own finger you feel 1 inch is small and you think that Jenny would have more than 4 inches on her, like 6. Kristen is 5'6" and Taylor is 5'9". Jacob Black's Character is 6'7" his biggest growth spurt at one point. So even if Ashley is 5'5"...5'4" it makes no difference coz Alice Chracters is way too short and yet Ashley got the role. What matters most here is the acting and Ashley fit the role to a tee. Ashely Greene is the one standing right next to Meyer (on Stephenie's right, our left). She looks 5'4" tops, especially compared to Stewart and Reed. Thank heavens if she really is shorter though, because I wouldn't want an above average Alice, what would we do? I'd say a downgrade to 5'4"ish is reasonable....we'll know more when the premieres and such occur I suppose.
I'm guessing that Stewart and Greene are around 5'4" (Stewart sometimes looks a little under I think) and Reed is around 5'5", she's never looked extremely tall like she is listed elsewhere.

Behind as in positioning? Is that what you're referring to? If yes, I would have to disagree, they seem to be standing in the same position, Greene's not farther back, at least it doesn't look like it. And, even if she were farther back, it looks like from this angle it would make her look taller rather than shorter because 5'4" Stewart (according to you) looks TALLER than Greene, and if Greene were really 5'5", she would look an inch or more taller than Stewart. Plus, Reed who would only be 1/2" taller than Greene according to you looks inches taller....does this prove my point? Lol, sorry for the long response, but an answer would be much appreciated.
