Used to think 182cm but looking again, this guy looks no less than a solid 6ff and I’d make the case for a fraction over this. Stacks up well next to 6ft2 actors, sometimes looking barely shorter.

It’s the low camera angle. They make him look taller. Most scenes on the punisher were using this technique and even in the new trailer for BBC’s Gold Digger the camera is level with the table. He is a solid 6ft that can look 185cm due to this. Hell if he was in lifts in addition to that low camera height he’d be giving off a 6’2” look but I don’t think this is the case.

The top of Barnes head is clearly higher, same with his mouth. Just wish he wasn't looking down so we could measure their eye levels... either way that looks close to an inch of difference, maybe 2 cm yeah.

I think that Deborah is never in any heels in any of the Marvel shows. Maybe she is at some points, but I would say very rarely... scenes with Charlie Cox she was usually wearing flat footed shoes. Doubt they make any of the average heighted men wear flat soles.

Smaller faces magnify your other features = you appear taller, shoulders look wider, legs look longer, etc. Also, in the Punisher, he was basically in a suit 95% of the time, and suits will make any guy look taller, mainly due to high waisted pants/tucked in shirt/dress shoes. Combine this with the fact that he's skinny/lean and at least 6ft, and you get a pretty tall looking guy. My 2cents. Also can't rule out the fact that maybe they purposefully wanted him to appear taller.
Also, standalone shots are really unreliable to gauge anyone's height. Camera angles/attire/proportions can really play a huge part.

Ben Barnes is at least 6'5" if you look at his pictures with Dolph Lundgren. He's slightly taller than Dolph, even though Dolph is much larger.

Those pictures with Robert Pattinson aren't real, they're just photoshopped together for some news paper articles about them and Twilight. And he also slouches more than my grandfather, he always has a very sloppy posture, whether he's walking, standing... hilarious, considering he portrayed royalty XD

I think that Ben Barnes is 1 inch taller that 6ft. I saw the pic of William and him standing next to each other and thought that the heel on the shoes could make the person seem taller. I agree with Mysteron. I'd say Barnes is about 6'1. My friend is 6'1 (checked and confirmed) and while he stood next to Ben they looked the same height.

Ben is *much* taller than 6'1 because he towers over people who are 6'. A single inch is not enough to notice. Yes he does have bad posture which is typical of someone with his frame. It's obvious in many pictures that he is slouching.

In the first pic with Moseley he looks 6ft near enough exactly (if 5'10.25" for Moseley is correct), and in the second one Moseley has a clear footwear advantage, plus Barnes is slouching.
