In "Billy on the Streets", Eichner towers over most people in the streets so 6'3 or even a bit over makes sense. He's noticeably tall.

Conan looks visibly taller than billy here and isn't even standing as tall as he could be, yet is only listed 2cm taller when the margin looks bigger than that especially if he was stood as straight as he could be,though I don't know what the footwear difference is.

I certainly didn't envy Billy's fate when the women of S.C.U.M got their mitts on him! He's a huge 6ft3 or so, but her cowered like a little girl and ended up in pieces!

I think Pratt does look to be 187-188 cm generally, the staging and cinematography of Jurassic World made him seem taller. Not a lot of good comparisons on Parks and Recreation but in stills Eichner can look at bit more than an inch taller indeed.

6' 3.25" is in my opinion the absolute best height for a man. It's definitely tall, without being huge. If you're that height and you build yourself a muscular and lean body, you will look better and more imposing than 99.9% of the population.
