American actor best known for playing Robin in the 1960's TV series Batman. In a 1966 TigerBeat magazine he mentioned his height and weight, claiming that "I'm about 5ft 8 1/2"..."I weigh about 125 pounds". On his resume in his 40's he was once listed "Height: 5'9", Weight: 165 lbs"

[Julie Newmar is] very tall. Oh my gosh. I think she was 6’3”. Adam was 6’5”. And they put three-inch heels on him to make him bigger. I’m only 5’8” and they took off the heels of my shoes. And Alan Napier, our butler Alfred, was [6’6”]. So there were all these giant people around and I’m the… short guy. In comparison to Julie, to Adam, I was tiny.

Those tights made him look taller; Adam West made him look shorter; He might been 5'7 during the series but ended up at about 5'6. At least he could fit into the Batmobile. Same kid, different heights. My advice to everyone is when you meet a Celeb, have a photo taken with them (just like Mr. Paul). Then you'll know the truth.

Burt said to Tiger Beat in 1966 that he was five-eight-and-one-half and 125 lb. (Burt and I share a July 6 birthday,with 73-year-old Burt eight years my senior .) I thought he was about five-eight,but apparently he was one inch shorter,my father's height.(I'm five-eight-and-one-half,200 lb.) Since Adam West("Batman") was at least six-two,Burt was always going to appear shorter than he was,but he seemed quite muscular for 125 lb.

He actually claimed 5'9" at one point. My aunt met him at a car show with the Batmobile back in the early 1970's he gave her an autographed photo for $1 he was selling. On the back was his stats. 5'9" LOL. My aunt is 5'9" and had 2" on him with flat running shoes.
