Just to clarify on my sighting of CZJ. She was wearing flats, like ballet slippers, so it was as if she was barefoot. I was able to judge her height very clearly. I am 5'10" in my dress shoes and she was 4 inches shorter than me. My wife was 5'4" in her shoes and remarked how Catherine was not that much taller than her. 5'6" tops. NYCGuy says on 6/Jan/11
Just saw her at a Broadway show tonight (A Little Night Music. She was in the audience and after the show walked next to me on her way backstage to visit the cast; she was not more than a foot away from me. I was surprised that she was shorter than she looks onscreen. I always thought she was at least 5'7" or 5'8" but the other posters who say no more than 5'6" are right on the money. My aunt saw her in the shop that she works at in nyc and said she is thin and not tall, about 5'3" and her hair was a light brown color...she knew that it was her, but a bit surprised by her appearance...said it was definitely her! |
