He has the build of a 6'2" man, yet I believe he's half a foot shorter. Deceptively short. When I first saw him on TV I thought he was 6'; I even called him "beefy" (in the context of the conversation). What the camera can do, I guess... Shorter than 5'9" Stephen Moyer, who is next to lift-wearing 5'8" Ed Westwick, in this picture:

Man, these movie stars are way shorter than what they appear to be, he's probably a 5'9.5, and uses 2" shoes for his scenes with LL Cool J

He was an inch taller than Philip Seymour Hoffman in "Scent of a Woman" and he's also listed at 5'9". O'Donnell also towered over Al Pachino in the movie, at least 4-5 inches taller. I think Hoffman is 5'8", and Al Pachino is 5'5", which leaves O'Donnell at like 5'9"-5'9.5".
