I thought he looked tall in Batman and Robin, I wasn't height conscious as a kid but I remember he must have been tall and thinking, "Hey here's a crazy thought, will I also be that tall?" Then I end up at 5'10. By the way, Rob, can you also add Batman Forever to his accreditations up there? He also portrayed Robin in that movie.

If you look at images from the cast of the 1993 film the Three Musketeers starring Kiefer Sutherland, Chris O'Donnell and Charlie Sheen, they are look roughly the same height - around 174/175 cm tall.

I thought I recognized him! He was in 'Scent of a Woman' with the fantastic Al Pacino, who I love. Next to Al, normal-heighted guys will look respectably tall, but few are as great as Pacino! It must be an honour to work with one of the living legends. Good luck to you, Chris!

I'm still not sure of this guy's height. Jon Cryer who is listed as 5'8.75 is taller than O'Donnell by a half-inch. Watch out for "Two & a Half Men" for repeats. Sheen looks a good inch taller than Chris. Something wrong here.

There is a scene in the Three Musketeers where O'Donnell is to be beheaded and before a woman brings a heightmeter to check his height for the coffin. He was in boots, not sure how big but at least two inch boots and he was under 180cm, looked just about 178cm. He might be 173-174cm...

I'm right near 5'10" in regular shoes, and Chris O'Donnell was visibly shorter when I met him on the set of "Cookie's Fortune, 8 years ago. He was a very friendly, pleasant guy with no movie star attitude, but he's closer to 5'7" than 5'11".
