He looked huge on life next to 160cm sarah shahi. 184cm easy. He is deceptively tall. In dream catcher he looked 184cm next to his costars who are at least 6 foot.

At least 182-183 cm barefoot for sure, 185-186 cm in the dress shoes he's wearing in Life. Looks heavily built too, maybe 180 lbs ++. Bumped into him last year, he appeared closer to 190 cm, but it was in the winter, and he was wearing crazy big boots, probably with something inside.

The only TV show I've ever seen Damian Lewis in is Life. He was by far the tallest cast member with the exception of 6' 1 1/2" Adam Arkin and towered over 5' 10" Donal Logue. He appears heavily built, probably about 185-190 lb, and he's a believable 6' 1" to me. He's probably 6' 1/2" minimum height in the evening and 6' 1" mid-morning up to 3-4 hours after waking up.

Perfect height for him. Wasn't Jason Lee a tiny bit taller than he was in Dreamcatcher? Lewis is 6.05 for sure.
