She always looked 5 foot 9 to me. When she was walking with the youngest jonas brother she was towering him and he always looked 5 foot 6. She was slightly taller than ruby rose in heels. 5 foot 9. Much taller than benji madden. No way gwen is taller than her unless she was wearing monster heels.

also! @Jenny. the Q&A Delta answered brings a good point! here she says Gwen stephanie is much taller than her. but Gwen is only 5'6? why would she say that if Delta was 5'10?? NO SENSE.

im guessing they are the same height, but gwen was in big heels and delta was in flats, making the 5'6 gwen seem very tall.
