solidsnake Ofcourse yoga make you taller, but if you leave to do it, the body come back to your average height. If you have a bad body condition it will shrink.

5'5" - He was at least an 1" shorter if not more than than 5'7" Jon Stewart (who has said 5'6 before) in dress shoes with odd looking thick soled boots on - had to be giving him extra height. Plus Nacho Libre describes him as 5'5 and in Orange County he is described as 5'5 and portly. 5'5 is right on.
