That sounds about right. Although I wouldn't say the Chilli Peppers consists of short musicians. Average height for white males in the US is Anywhere from 5'8" to 5'11".
If you add all their heights together and divide it by 4 it comes out to 5'9.5". That's how averages are done. So in at least two senses, they're a band of "average" height. 2 of them members are within the average, and if you add and divide the height you get is average.
So basically, the human average is: "Takes all kinds".
Anyway, back on point: James Brown is a badass, and he'd look kind of silly doing what he does at 6'2". The man was three pints of pure power! SILKMAN says on 5/May/11
I met him in 1983 when he was in Chicago and he visited the Bank where I worked. I'm 5'10" as I was then. He was no more than 5'8". Can't remember if his shoes had heavy heels. Very quiet spoken guy for such a powerful singer. |
