If Tom Hughes is a legit 6’1, Norton is 6’0.5-.75”. However, I think Tom Hughes is 6’1.25” so still think Norton is in the 6’0.75-6’1 range.

Looks the same as Dano here: Click Here. Maybe he'd measure slightly taller, but then 6'0 3/4 is arguable for Dano. Either way James is not over 6'1, and most likely falls a little under the mark.

Although I've only just started the film, I couldn't help but notice his familiar face, and in an infinitely nicer part than he played in 'Happy Valley'! In fact, he is a young student doctor starring in a remake of
'Flatliners', with tiny actress Ellen Page and even Keifer Sutherland appears appropriately*, as a senior doctor figure! The film looks good so far....

I see no reason to change his current listing. I've never seen him look under 6ft0.75 and never seen him look over 6ft1.25, hard to think of many more men actually who look bang on their listing like Norton, usually there's a case to be argued for either a slight downgrade or upgrade for most.

Rob just out of curiosity would you say Greg Rutherford would be an inch taller than James Norton it's just always bugged me I think they were on a Talk show together, and I thought they looked the same height I was watching something on my nans computer and didn't see the title but James always gives the impression of being a near 6"2 rather than a strong 6"1 so either Greg needs a downgrade to just 6"2 flat or James needs an upgrade but they looked height twins when they were introduced to the audience by the host!

He does look more like 186/187cm but everywhere seems to list him as 185cm, even google says 185 and it's rare they list anyone lower than they really are so I'd say he must just be a very solid 185cm

I seem to have missed out big time by not seeing 'Grantchester', but James was riveting in 'Happy Valley', though he didn't have terribly much interaction with the public, so I was unaware that he was quite so tall! Silly me! I know how tall 'Happy Valley' star Sarah Lancashire is, so the clues were there. I want to see both series again very soon. This time I'll certainly take note. I want to see if there's a possibility of James making the 6ft2 mark as has been suggested in the comments I've just read. That was SUCH an excellent thriller and Sarah Lancashire stood up to James' evil character with brute force! I will appreciate it even more now that I know he's 6ft1 - at least!

He absolutely towered over Paul Dano in War and Peace. Since Paul is listed as being 6 foot and a half inch, i dont see how it's possibly James is listed correctly. He had at least 2 inches on Paul, who is a tall guy anyway and dwarfs most of the other characters. I think you have listed James's height incorrectly

Editor Rob I only watched one scene as Jenny watched this and I didn't think there was much between them based on Dano at times not having as great posture.
