He kind of looks like a Nintendo Mii with those proportions.
It always strikes me how much taller and larger people with big heads look next to shorter guys. The big head, whether or not this makes sense, seems to make people look much taller in pictures. He does have a rather large head, but it's not outrageously large; Hong Man Choi's head is much larger. And Rob and the rest of the height guys are all very much average in proportions and size.
