It is much easier fro women to accept being short, that is easy. It is not easy fro men. height dictate quality mates, money, status, sex, and other things for men. Of course there are exceptions, but like the old adage, "Women want tall, dark and handsome".

I stood in front of her at whole foods one time in Union Square. I knew it was her, but I didn't say anything. I wanted to tell her how awesome I think she is, but yea she is small.

even in her movies like "The Truth About Cats and Dogs" she says she's 5'1" Go Janeane!!! Hollywood has gotten so obsessed with being thin and tall I think it's great that Janeane embraces her unique qualities

I tend to say 5ft 1 when I'm only 5ft. I find it hard to believe she would be as short as me though maybe 5'4?

I heard 5'2" once, but people love to "heighten" the short ones! This is great, because I'm 5'1", and I have yet to find a celebrity of this status. Woo!
