the more pics i see of him, the more i think he's a flat 5'8"...i saw a video of him and Sam Worthington during the Oscars and he looked slightly shorter and i'm not convinced sam is even 5'9"...5'10" anthony mackie towers over him in the hurt locker.

I think even this is bit high. Take a look at him with Anthoyn Mackie (5ft10-5ft11) and Brian Geraghty (5ft8-5ft9 could even as low as 5ft7).

Not only does Efron look a tiny bit taller, here, but I'd bet that Renner has a footwear advantage given their dress (Zach's casual dress probably wearing thin-soled gym shoes, and Renner most likely wearing heeled dress shoes.)

Saw this guy in a CSI episode and his character was listed as 5'8" and... he looked it, too. He was noticeably shorter than William Peterson. I'm kind of shocked because this guy seemed 5'10"-ish in 28 Week...

Looks atleast 5'9 in Jesse James. He was great in House MD, didn't look short, I'd say 5'9-5'9.5.

I know that movie pics aren't the best way to compare heights Click Here but it seems that Jeremy is 5'9''with excellent posture, Sam Rockwell maybe an inch shorter and Casey Affleck the shortest of these three guys. I'd give Jeremy 5'9'', Sam Rockwell 5'8.25'' and Casey Affleck 5'7.75''.
