All of those picks that slimer linked, well, all of the women are definitely wearing high heels. Nicole Kidman is a very tall woman with 3" heels on. he's a weak 5'8 or 5'8 flat like Cruise, an inch or so shorter than strong 5'9 Farrell. Farrell is actually a good reference point cause he was on screen with both of them and the height difference is consistent. Cruise does not wear lifts in action scenes. No. Jeremy is not 5'6 or 5'7, because I'm 5'8" and I've stood next to Jeremy and he was slightly taller than me, maybe an inch or two which would in fact make him 5'9", 5'10". Looks a bit taller than Mark Wahlberg here who's listed at 5 ft 8 in (173 cm). Shoulder-height looks a fair amount taller which makes him look taller on his own, to me at least.
