In tomcats, he was taller than 175cm shannon elizabeth by 13cm. I would say he's 6 foot 2. In the new guy, he was taller than dj quall by a few inches. He looked shorter in the new guy. I still think he's a solid 6 foot 2. Alex says on 14/Nov/08

O'Connell is definitely over 6'2", more like 6'3". I've been seeing a lot of photos of him with his new bride, 5'11" Rebecca Romjin, and he is usually towering over her. Even when she's wearing big heels, she doesn't come close to his height. Here's a recent casual shot of the couple:
