186-187cm prime Lenad says on 28/Dec/09
Probably in his youth he was a solid 187cm out of bed. 186cm out of bed by the time of his death Hugh 191cm says on 24/Nov/09
186cm by the time of his death. 6ft2 peak is a possibility though Lenad says on 9/Oct/09

Very close to 6'2 Click Here Patrick says on 26/Sep/08
Yes Caesar! Exact: according his posture, worst and worst as he was getting on in years and he gradually lost a good deal of height.
In one episode, where he had to stand humiliation and was endangered, upset he stood up straight and faced Benjamin Pratt and was a tad taller than him (Pratt not doing the same and keeping a natural posture).
Facing Steven Seagal in Out of Justice, he doesn’t look that shorter and he already was 56 then. Caesar says on 13/Sep/08
Looked about an inch shorter than 6'2 Benjamin Bratt adjusting for posture. I think he was 6'1 in his later years. 6'2 prime. Some_Guy says on 18/Mar/08
I would give Jerry a full 6'3". Take a look at him with Seagal in Out For Justice. They are almost eye to eye and thats '91 when he was in his mid 50s and may have already lost some height. Anonymous says on 13/Oct/07
I thought Orbach was a full 6'2", as he looked an inch taller than 6'1" Richard Belzer in a Homicide/Law & Order crossover episode. Caesar says on 26/Sep/07
Seemed exactly the same height as Chris Noth in the early days of the show. He might have been taller in his prime. |
