I've hung out with Jim on set many years ago...I'm 6'2" even. He is definitely 6'2". If you've stood next to anyone who is your exact same height, they seem a bit taller than you because of where your eyes meet their face. In Bruce Almighty Freeman (6' 2.5") has at least an inch on Carrey. I'd say 1.5". Freeman is wearing very low heeled shoes while Carrey is wearing "air max type" sneakers which give 1.4". I think I have the best evidence so far. Jim next to Jenny McCarty who is 5'6"(dont know why she is listed here as 5'6.5")I have heard her referr to herself as 5'6". Anyway here is the picture:

As you trained eyes can see she is up to his nosetip. She wears 3" heels and that will give her a 2" gain so she is then 5'8" and I estimate Jims head to be 24CM or 9.5" a pretty average head size, this means that from the top of his head to the tip of his nose it should be 16.5CM or 6.5".comparisson 5'8"+6.5"= 6'2.5". Jim wears a typical pair of suite shoes which will give him 0.75" extra so 6'1.75" or 187.5CM is then his height. However considering he tilts his heads upwards in the picture I know from experience that it will usually skew the result with 0.5" so I reduce his height to 6'1.25" or 186CM. And that is the impression I have had of him when seeing him at talk shows such as Leno and also in his movies. 186CM is spot on in my opinion!.
But he do look a full 6'2" guy and sometimes even 6'3" when he stands alone due to his long legs and short torso and his lean figure but when I see him next to other people in films I have always estimated him to 186CM.

Keanu is 6'1". No doubt about it. And Jim Carry is tall. I used to see him when he did bits on the Fox series In Living Color. Remember Fire Marshal Bill? I'd say he's possibly 6'2". There is only one half-decent scene where Wilkinson and Carrey can be compared. Wilkinson is standing slightly hunched in a doorway and Carrey shuffles past him.
