Not under 5" 11.75 (182 cm) but not over 6" 1 (185 cm). He can appear in that range, 183.5 cm (6" 0.25) is probably a fair compromise.

Favreau is a rare case of a 6'0.5 guy who does appear of a shorter, more average height, instead of looking taller like most guys his height look.
I agree Daniel Stern looked massive next to him in "Very Bad Things", but I think his height was downplayed since 5'7.5 Christian Slater had to look like a believable threat as a lunatic sociopath of a friend in that one.
And, in my opinion, Stern is closer to 6'5 than this site gives him. Favreau might not look towering next to Slater, Orser and Piven in that movie, mainly due to angle tricks and stuff, but he still looks at least 4 inches in most scenes. LUCOSO says on 14/Sep/11
