Standing next to 6'0" Ty Burrell on Modern Family, it appears that he has at least seven inches on her. This would make her approximately 5'4.5".

Just shows that a woman closer to 50 than 40 can still be incredibly attractive and magnetic, even after having three kids. She actually somehow looks better now than she did 20 years ago in that Adam Sandler movie. Wonder what her secret is... she doesn't look younger than she is... just more attractive than most women in their 20s or 30s. I be she'll still look great at 60. Anyway, as for her height, I'd say 5'5 is right on the money; she comes off like a classic 5'5, kind of like Linda Hamilton.

Saw her in a movie with Tim Allen,with 3" heels on she was still quite a bit shorter than time I would say 5'4" tops...
