agreed. absolutely. not only is he tall & broad but charming & good looking too ... & his voice.. ??????.. well, ...... he is simply the great. Mr. Bachchan is not as tall as him, but he is considered, may be reflecting the fact that Mr. Bachchan's height is exceptional in the area he came from. Though Mr. Bedi is tall than average, but for people from Punjab & Haryana difference is not that huge.

No he was def 3-3.5 taller than roger moore in the movie.Roger moore that time was 6'2inches and kabir bedi 6'4-6'4.5 inches.
There is a misconception about Indian people.Indians are one of the talles people.In punjab and haryana the average height is 5'10
In metros the average height of a male is 5'8 as compared to to 5'6.5 height in rest of India.

Average height in India is about 5 ft 4 for a male. He's nearly a foot taller than the national average. 6 ft might be common amongst Punjabis but claiming 6'3" or 6'4" is common for any Indian is a load of BS. Bedi is borderline very tall even by western standards. Look at Bollywood. The only actor anywhere close to 6'3" is Abhishek Bachchan. Kabir Bedi was even taller than Amitabh Bachcan who most in India regarded as a giant and kingly.

SHaun,the guy's telling the truth.Average height in rural india is 5'4-5'5 due to nutrition issues and in cities its 5'7.But since 70% of population is based in villages,people tend to think a height of 6 would be gigantic.Not true.

Unfortunately,very rarely would you see someone from the rural areas make big in bollywood or entertainment industry.Most of them are from cities and yeah punjab has the biggest overall average at 5'8-5'9
