I met him at Club Love in D.C. last Friday and he was taller than me, I am 5"10 with out shoes, which I didn't have mine on while standing next to him, and I had to get on my tiptoes to talk to him, therefore he is probably very close to 6'4".

Hmm ... I had him pegged at about 6'1". He really doesn't look as tall as 6'4". Am I underestimating?
