Having rewatched Third Watch again, he's definitely slightly above 5'7. I'd say 5'7.5 (171.5cm) exactly.

People commenting saying he looks taller than 5'7" probably haven't seen him in any movies/shows. This guy is always by far the shortest guy in the room. I'd have guessed 5'6".
