If she is almost as tall and as tall as that 6'4" golfer in those three photos and noticibly taller than her 6'2" father in that other photo, and 6'2" Tiger Woods said she was taller than him when he stood next to her and she's "embarrassed" to admit that she's 6'1", then she's obviously at least 6'3" barefoot and doesn't want to admit it. Michelle Wie is 6'1" at least and she should be proud of her height. Plus she does do alot of weight training and is maturing wonderfully. She definatly should consider some acting roles later on. Sandra Gal is one extremely good looking golfer. At 6'0" she is maybe an inch shorter than michelle Wie, but she sure gives a lot away to Michelle in the way she is built. Michelle Wie was 6 ft tall at age 13 and back then she was listed at 150lbs. Now she is 6'1" at age 19 and is still listed at 150lbs. Wonder how the weight remained the same despite her going from a teenager to a lady. I would say that she will have put on a minimum of 20 lbs onto that 6'1" frame betwn the ages of 13 & 19. If in the pic postd by 0000 the male golfer is really 6'4", then Michelle Wie shud be in the range of 6'2". Another thing you notice from the pics is how much more broader and powerful she has become after losing all the puppy fat. her shoulders are big and broad and her legs too are very powerful. It's actually not that big a deal that's 6'1..Yes, she is tall, but I think it that this fact becomes even more amazing because she's so young. And people kind of chronicled her height as she grew up. She definitely hit her growth spurt early. I mean, to be 5'7 at 10! Maybe that's why she's so mature looking. I think she's pretty much done puberty now, so her height of 6'1 will be pretty much unchanged.
Talking about 6'1...there's a model called Anna Hickman's who's 6'1 too, but the most incredible thing is that she has 48 inch legs. That's like 4 feet! I think she was even in the Guiness book of world records or somehthing for being the model with the longest legs. Anonymous says on 15/Sep/07
She's pure Korean but was born in Hawaii. I'm pretty sure she's 6'1. I saw her on this Korean variety show once, and she was standing next to this actor who is around 182cm, and she was still a little taller. And it's defnitely genes for her. Her dad's 6'2 and her mum's 5'7 both WAY above average in terns of Korean height standards. In fact, her dad's already pretty much above average for world height standards.
To Mary: I don't think she was 5'5 four years ago..apparently she was already 5'7 when she was 10 years old and first shot to fame. So she would have grown about 6 inches in 6-7 years, which is pretty ok. My sister grew 7 inches in 2 and a half years. Pretty crazy. I dont know this girl but if she's 6'1" god shes is really tall and specially for her to be a girl. Why is it that white girls are too tall and when you look at other type of race girls they arent that tall compare to whites?. I think is because the alimentation that white people has. I am white too but Mexican descendent I am like close to 6'1", but I have seen many girls at my school that they are really tall there many white girls that are like 5'8" or more. Those of you saying that guys still grow into their late teens; it's not always true. Go over to the Will Smith page, and there is a quote from him saying that he is the same height he was when he was in 8th grade, which is about 14-15 years old. No. She's 6 foot and a half in the day time, maybe 6 foot 1 like me in the morning. One of my friends who graduated from my school is a Korean and he is 5 foot 11. he's playing golf at stanford right now, and he promises me that she's exactly 6 foot and a half when he saw her in the bay area for a golf tournament. He actually thought she was HUGE, at like 6 foot 2 or something, but when he got near her she didn't seem to tall. And if a girl is 6 foot 1 almost and already 16, she's pretty much done growing. I mean, a korean girl growing to be like 6 foot 3? Guys get to grow until like 21, but I think girls are pretty much done by 16, if I'm not mistaken.
