if you look at the pictures of miley with her sister brandy then they are the same height.
Brandy say's she is 5.5 height so i think miley is the same height know.
You can really see the difference of height between miley and best friend mandy.
Mandy is like 21 so she doesn't grow anymore they don't have a difference anymore of one inch. So you can really tell that miley hade a growth spurt
So i also think miley is 5.5 or 5.6 feet tall and maybe she is growing some more.

Selena isn't 5' 6". Miley herself said she was 5' 4.5" just a couple months ago. Selena is around 5' 4" or 5' 5". Someone saw Tish at the bookstore (book signing) a few months back and said she was about as tall as his wife, 5' 5" or 5' 6"... which means that Miley being 5' 4.5" is correct. Tish can't be 5' 8". She was in high heels and was three inches shorter than her husband Billy Ray, who is 6' 0" even. That would put her at 5' 9" and if you subtract the height of the heels she is 5' 6". If Tish were 5' 8" she would be either 5' 11" or 6' 0" in heels, just about the same height as her husband, but she's always at least a few inches shorter than he is.
Miley herself said she was 5' 4.5" recently, she said 5' 5" in a video last year. She must have gotten measured recently and 5' 5" was a guess, 5' 4.5" is the real height. And judging by the height difference with her parents, 5' 4.5" is correct.
Miley can appear taller because she has long legs in proportion to her body. But she really is 5' 4.5". Why would she lie to make herself shorter?

Did you see Miley Cyrus at the 2009 MTV awards? She got an award from 5'4 Leighton Meester and Leighton looked ALOT taller! Atleast 2 inches.
But their heel height was very similar, Leightons could be about 1 inch higher.

The girl does look taller than 5ft 4.5 inc. Many people do lie about their height and weight. She appears to be at least 5ft 6in. Even though she is skinny which can sometimes make you appear taller I think she is actually 5ft 6. When compared to most of the disney stars she towers over them. Wanted to add that I have read that the father's height greatly determines the height of the daughter. I'm not saying that Miley will be 6ft like her Dad but that as he is above average height, she will be too. I don't what height her Mum is but I think she'll end up 5'7-5'8, if she isn't already.
My Grandmother was 5'9 (she towered above all other aunts in her day), Grandfather 5'8 = My Mum 5'7 and yet her brother over 6ft.
