Editor RobHe might have a little less footwear, my thought was 180, although some of the angles made it seem they were closer in height.

Wonder what Nestor claims for his height. On his own, with his good posture and slim build, he can seem taller. However, next to Gary Oldman in the Dark Knight movies he didn't look that much taller.

I wouldn't have said so with Henry... More 5'9-5'9.5 rather than 5'9.5-5'10, if anything! And it seems that everybody in the comments section agrees with that (that he doesn't look a 5'10)...

Editor Rob a fraction under 5ft 10 is likely getting closer, whether 5ft 9.25-5 I will need to see more of him.

If you look at him with Michael Emerson, i think he looks taller than him but 176-77 range seems more likely than a full 5'10!

I agree with T Menzell that Nestor is likely 173-174cm. Here is a picture with Nestor and Henry Ian Cusak from Lost. Henry's listing is 179cm, which seems accurate. But Nestor is at least 4cm shorter, so my assessment is that he's about 5'8.5".

Can you take another look at him with the pictures in Getty Images. Max Thierot and Freddie Highmore are also both slightly taller than them, and neither of them is above 5'10", themselves. He also doesn't appear a full inch on Mike Vogel. I'm really thinking he's somewhere between 5'9" and 5'10".

In The Dark Knight, there is a scene where he stands almost identical in height to 5'8" Gary Oldman. Now because I don't know about footwear, I'm not entirely certain. But I think Carbonell is closer to 173-174 cm.
