Jonathan Ross has looked 186-187 cm in comparison to the vast majority of his guests and roughly what he claims The only time he really didn't look 187 was next to Jay Z who looked 6'2" flat. 5'11" for Travolta?? Have you ever seen him next to Princess Diana? Not a chance.
An inch shorter than Michael Madsen, doubt he is 187cm then even if he can look it at least at times. Flat 6'1" seems about right.

Met him at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. We talked for a brief moment and I got a picture with him, the picture is while seated but I did make sure to take note of his height and footwear after he stood up. Hmmmmm, jonathon ross edged him in both interviews and jonathon ross claims 6'1.5. He would definently be 6'1 if ross is 6'1.5 however, ross does not seem this tall and with general estimations on jonathon ross's page, ross seems less then 6'1. For me, ross is more closer to a flat 6'0, then 6'1 so i cannot see how quentin can be 6'1. I would put him at the same height as ross. 6'0.5, maybe closer to 6'0.
Having him edge travolta is not neccessarily a confidence vote. Travolta does not seem 6'0, more in the low 5'11 range and could be in the top of the 5'10 terrain.
Having Tarantino more towards 6'0, then 6'1 would fit in with brad pitt 5'9 conspiracy.

1.5in taller than Travolta and 0.75in shorter than Samuel L. Jackson in Pulp Fiction, putting him at 6ft2(188cm). That's probably a bit of a stretch. Aswell, movies aren't always the most reliable method to judge height. But I think he's over 185cm barefoot. In pictures he can look the same height as Robert Rodriguez... Shaun says on 16/Jul/11

There are pics of him standing next to friend & collaborator Robert Rodriguez at a recent awards show. He is about 1" shorter than RobRod. 6'1" is spot on for QT.

He can't be 6'1.5, he looks 2inches shorter than 6'3 listed Tom Hooper.
And the same difference can be spot also between Colin Firth and Hooper, so Firth is at best 6'1 and so is Tarantino.
