Hogan even admitted that after all the surgeries and injuries he had shrunk to 6'4". So you are correct in guessing if Hogan never had more than 5" on Flair, that Flair was 5'11". When Hogan first came back in to wrestling, he was a legit 6'7". However, with sports, even scripted like wrestling, injuries and surgeries happen. From what people have told me, Hogan was a legit 6'7" in the 70's to early 80's. However he was more around 6'6" during his first title reighn and gradually shrank to 6'4". I have heard some even say he is about 6'3" now. Sports and hard physical activity take its toll.

In a shoot interview Arn Arnderson claims he was 6'1" 255lbs when he broke in the business. He never seemed very much taller than Ric. I'd give ric 6' in his prime and 5'10" now. I've actually seen him in person back in 2004 and he looked about my height.(5'10) Here's the interview:Click Here
Fast forward to 9:50 to hear the claim. I think this site has his peak and current heights down perfect. I KNOW how tall he was in 2004 so he is in no way above 5'10.5" today.

take 2 inches off each wrestlers billed height as a general rule. in their wrestling boots they are probably their billed height, but barefoot, i would take of 2 inches. Flair 5"11 real life,probably 5"10 now. Benoit listed as 5"10, 5"8 real life. I am probably close to 5'11" with boots on, but realistically, barefoot, and according to my Dr.i am 5'9" - 5'9 1/4

Vegas, I think the angle favours Flair in the old vid, Piper is looking down and Flair´s hair save the rest.
I give Piper max 6´1" peak, maybe just under and Flair 5´11"peak maybe 5´11.5".
Flair was an early lift wearer in my opinion, even in old vid´s it´s clear to see that Flair cared about his height.

That was Piper with an inch on a 5"11 minimum Ric Flair.

Piper was a legit 6"0, and quite possibly close to 6"1 at some stage.

Flair at that stage had already broken his back, years before in a plane crash and had already been wrestling 20 years. It's conceivable that Flair had already lost a little height at that stage. He was near 6"0 at his peak no doubts.

Flair's arrest said 6'0? ok thats atleast 1 inch to much possible 2, since he has been down to 5'10 the last few years. Sounds right, a girl iknow has a ID who says 5'3 but she is only 5'1. adding ONE inch is absolute minimum, in fact TWO inches extra is even more normal.

Flair arrest: 6'0 = real height 5'10
Hall arrest: 6'5 = real height 6'3

Flair has NEVER been over 5'11". The WWE even had him listed at 5'11" and 220 pounds when he returned to the WWE. It was on the homepage for a few months and then taken down. I believe that he is around 5'10" today.

I met Ric in Cancun Mx, i'm 5'11 flat, too sad i did not have a camera, but i can say that the guy looks 5'10 tops to be honest, no question he was taller at his peak.Age, injuries etc, but the guy looks only 5'10. Nice guy by the way.

he is to this day 5'10 and never lost a cm in height cause he takes care of his body still. You can clearly see a 2 inch maximum difference between Him and Rick. Rick was most definately 6 foot in his prime

The picture you show on this site is with some one 5'11.5 flair is taller or equal if your gona cry camera angle. His arrest reprt for his DUI in dec 2008 has him listed at 6.0 even and his arest picture shows his hair reaching over the 6'1 mark. Even with his 2'' lifted dress shoes and his 1.5'' boot soles Ric is a minimum 5'11.5 and in my book 6'1" is a perfectly fair and acceptable billed height. I mean realy I met batista and he was taller than me at 6' but still shorter than my brother who's 6'3'' and they bill him at 6'6.

the wrestling indsury tends to exagerate heights. The´re billed to be 6 feet whent they´re actually 5'10 and so. Ric is probably 1,78cm, 1,80 TOPS

Their height bills aren't lies if you accept the concept of measuring athletes in the footwear they compete in. All of those men basically fill out their bill when they put boots on, except Batista who has boosted to 6'6" during his feud with Undertaker, who is about 2" overbilled imo, also a result of Hulk Hogan's 2" overbill from his peak of 6'6". This also coincides with guys like Sid and Nash, etc.

I went back stage at the O2 wrestlemania revenge tour. It was surreal. Gail kim, Teddy Long and MVP came off as quite shy and generally quiet too. MVP billed as 6'3" is a bit of an exag. He's 5'11" like me. Maybe they all have height complexes like all of us after all they're only human. I know they're deliberatley billed to be larger than life but still, 4 inches is just an insulting exaggeration.

At wrestlemania,I saw two things today.1st christian was bit taller than cm punk,who wears lifts.Making christian atleast 6'0-6'1 barefoot.2nd Flair was atleast an inch under rourke who is 5'10-11.Flair is 5'9.5-5'10.His son reid was arrested last month...reid is same height as ric and his police records say 5'11.

Ric Flair is more than likely barefoot in that RR08 video. He is definitely still 5'11" based on the enormous number of fan/worker pics I've seen, especially people whose height I know.

If Michaels is 5'11" (even listed 5'11.5" here) then Triple H has to be at least mid 6'2". There are countless examples of him being at least 3" taller than Michaels. Batista is also about 1" taller than Trips making him at least mid 6'3".
