If you have bothered actually watching him on TV/DVD/illegal download, you would see that he is 100% 189cm.
Rob's 6ft2.25 is dead on, it's waht I have thought for years, I only entertained 6ft2.5 becuase he just gives off such a tall impression, but truth is, he had great posture at 189cm, while 6ft3 Moriartry had a contant slouch, making them look the same height. USYD says on 27/Sep/11

I know I said he was 6ft2.25in, no more no less, but in his prime, I really think he was closer to 190cm. I mean he was 45 when Rob met him, there is a chance he had already lost a CM.I say this because in Law and Order he looks taller than everyone, and by the 3rd and 4th seasons looked at least as tall as 6ft3 Michael Moriarty(who at the age of 53 had definitely lost some height, as he went from looking strong 6'3 80's to 189cm range 90's) so I think he may have very well been 6ft2.5in peak, prob closer to an even 6'2 today.

In the pic of him and Baldwin, if Baldwin lowered his head, he seems to be pointing it upwards slightly, then i could just about see a 2 inch difference between the two, although the footwear difference is unknown.
