I thought Brooks did look a fraction taller than Michael Moriarty in Law & Order. I believe 6’2.5” would be a reasonable peak estimate for Brooks.

Solid 189cm w/h a typical round up to 6ft3. About even with Moriarty and Sorvino. You could also argue a full 6ft2 for Chris Noth who looked at worst a centimetre shorter.

He is always slightly taller than Michael Moriarty in Law and Order so either you upgrade Brooks or downgrade Moriarty. I think Moriarty is around 188 cm. and Brooks 190cm.

In the pic of him and Baldwin, if Baldwin lowered his head, he seems to be pointing it upwards slightly, then i could just about see a 2 inch difference between the two, although the footwear difference is unknown. Personally, i'd go with 6ft 2in flat as a maximum for Brook.
