In "The Toy" he was the same height barefoot (in a spiderman uniform) as 5-10 Jacky Gleason was in dress shoes. Gleason was 60 at the time.

From what I've seen of Nevermore, Jeff Loomis looks about 6'. Jim Shepperd and Warrel Dane both look around 6' 2''. Van Williams is easily the shortest - 5' 8''ish tops. As for their old guitarists, Chris Broderick is a confirmed 6' 1'' (maybe slightly taller), Steve Smyth looks 5' 9''ish, Tim Calvert is 6', not sure about Pat O'Brien.
