Part of the reason for his looking taller than everyone else is every other cast member is typically quite small and short. Anyone else notice this? It's true. The man is average, but up next to a bunch of average-sized balding middle-aged men, yes, he looks pretty tall.

For those of you who think he was shorter than snoop, I just worked the slow-motion on my dvd player and you can see that Sacha is clearly wearing flat sandles. For all of those who own the dvd slow-mo the scene where he kick's his foot up in the air(in dove of peace video)at the end of the movie. Snoop is more than guarantee'd to have a advantage in the shoe depatment, my guess is he would clearly be wearing thick soled trainers like all the other hip-hop stars. so I guess we can now assume that him and Sacha are the same height. I have actually been a fan of Cohen's work since he came out with Ali G, quickly enough I began to ponder how tall is this guy and as he was not famous enough yet there was no height listing for him anywhere on the internet but he looked to me a good 6-3 to 6-4 but I was always wondering perhaps he's only 6-2 but no less! He was always in sneakers/trainers with Ali G custom and looked tall. It's a little funny to me some of you here are suprised he's this tall, maybe you haven't seen enough of his videos? cuz he never looked under 6-2 to me. When he hosted the MTV Awards as Ali G he looked huge, definitely 6-4, at the minimum 6-3.
As Borat, he wears formal shoes, strange as Borat he never looked to me over 6-3, I wonder how some of you see Borat as 6-5 or 6-6 ??? I highly doubt he wears lifts as borat, he just might have worn 2" formal shoes.
Now the disturbing thing at last... Cohen looking taller than Ferrel at the MTV Awards. Will at 6-2 and Ferrel at 6-3 could make sense, but at the same time Will also manages to look a good 6-3 most of the time. I'm sticking with Cohen being a good 6-3 for now, I recon he could have had footwear advantage over Will at the MTV Awards, putting Will at 6-2 plus.

I think he is closer to around 6'2.5" and 6'3". He was on Conan last night with Liev Schreiber (6'2.75") and looked at least an inch shorter then Conan and about the same as Schrieber (I would say cohen even looked shorter then schreiber).. It could be that Schreibers height is underestimated.. |
