He's hunched slightly while Hasselhoff is actually standing with good posture for once. Easily 2in+ between them but Sam is losing height. Also strengthens the case for Hoff being a bit over 6ft4 peak

Is he the full 6'2 and 1/2? Debatable. It looks like Rob may be dropping some posture here. Half an inch maybe? So perhaps the 6'2 mark is accurate. He's definitely at least an inch shorter than a strong 6'3 like Gwendoline Christie.
I'll split the difference and guess 6'2 and a quarter. I think he would edge Ashton Kutcher by 0.25-0.50 barefoot. (Without the 2-inch heeled footwear he likes to wear, he's 6'2 max if not 6'1.75)

By the looks of him compared to 5'8.25" Rob, I would say 6'2.5" is a fair shout. He should be downgraded to that but with 6'3" left as his peak height.

Must have been 6'4 in his prime. Rob only comes up to the tip of his nose, that's 7+ inches which means he's still 6'3+. He's 54, 30 years past his prime in Flash Gordon

Big 6'3", 6'3 1/2" was about 1 1/2 inch taller than Timothy Dalton in Flash Gordon and he was 6'2". Was probably over 205 lbs in Flash Gordon as a young guy and got really husky later on in life, I bet about 225-230 now.

At 6'3" I usually notice people of the 5'7"-5'8" range the top of their heads between my chin to my mouth in photos..I'd be guessing he is more of a 189cm (without shoes) guy than 191cm considering he appears to have, and as you mentioned, good posture.
