Truth be told... he's 5'10.75 so around 179.5cm and Eddie Kaye Thomas is 5'11-5'11.25 or 181cm which is clearly visible from American Pie: Wedding and American Reunion trailer. They are in their 30's now and stopped growing. You shouldn't measure them using the footage from American Pie since they were both in their early 20's back then and slightly shorter than they're now. They both could've grown since then which they did. Scott did more than Thomas, obviously.
So: 5'11 is the best guess and generous even for Scott but Kaye Thomas' 6' is a bit exaggerated. He's 5'11.5 at best. maio says on 5/Jan/12

sean looked pretty small in jackass 3d compared to the football linebackers in one scene. Not to mention 6'1 knoxville was dwarfed as well. i'd give sean maybe a very weak 5'10...and even if he is that sean could still be standing at 5'11 with some shoes on, which is probably why he always looks tall.
