This photo doesn't sell his true height accurately at all. Easily could manage 6ft0¾...in fact I wouldn't discount 6ft1 entirely.
As for his weight....he does look a bit heavier today compared to 10-15 years ago so may not be far off those figures he mentioned.

Seems like a guy that would measure almost 6ft1 more so than just over 6ft, IMO. He's in the category of moderately overbilled wrestler, like in his wrestling gear would be at least 6ft2 so he probably wouldn't get called out too often...

We've heard Taz recently call Moxley 6'4", but I don't think AEW officially consider the same thing. In WWE he was listed at 6'4" constantly, even though he was roughly the same height as Roman Reigns.
On Twitter, Moxley has said he's 6'2" in the past, and 6'2" looks pretty accurate as a high-ball guess. 6'1" more likely. There wasn't much difference in height with him and Kingston. Even though Kingston wasn't in shoes or wrestling boots and Mox was.

Shelton is a tricky one tbh... seeing him against 6ft guys like Christian and Matt Hardy, he actually looks to be around their height. However he looks similar to 6'0.25 guys like Cena and even sometimes smaller than 6'05 Jeff Hardy (while Jeff is wearing flat shoes). So I would give him the 6'0.25 height, cause I can't decide whether he is 6ft or 6'0.5. He looked a bit smaller than 6'0.5 Rollins in their match recently last year.
