I think Rikishi/Solafu Fatu is definitely 6'1" because i remember that the Rock is at least 2" taller than him when they have a match together back in 1999 or 2000. Alex says on 8/Nov/06
Rikishi is def 400lbs. He was billed at 424lbs and wasn't far off from it then suddenly gets billed at 350lbs in 2002 when he didn't look to lose weight at all nontheless 75lbs. Its like they were downgraded him at 350lbs. He looked well over that. Frank says on 23/May/06
Jason i have been a fan on and off for many years and Nikoli looked about
6ft 3 when i met him but Vince looked about the same height until the picture came back...Vince and Nikoli appeared the same height to me but i met Vince and Nikoli around a year apart....Both Vince & Nikoli appeared alittle taller than Rikishi Alex says on 22/May/06
How tall was Volkoff would you say Frank? 6'1 and 5'11.5 is a small difference but its noticeable for sure though. I'd say when you get 3 inches and more it starts to become more than a small difference. Frank says on 20/May/06

You can still kinda tell hes taller then Frank because his eyes and chin are a little higher compared to Franks, although Franks larger head evens it out some. Frank says on 19/May/06

Also you have to understand im alittle under 6ft barefoot so someone 6ft 1 is only going to look alittle taller and i think the camera angle made me look slighty taller....I still say he was atleast 6ft 1 Paul says on 19/May/06

Possibly 6'1 since Rikishi is more further back. At the lowest 6'0.5 but I'd stick to 6'1. He always looked 6'1 when I see him. Frank says on 18/May/06
He looked alittle taller than me but i was wearing sneakers with a good size heel at that time and also i was closer to the camera like Rob Suggests..

Yeah, he said he's 6'1'' in a wrestling magazine of mine. I'll try to dig it up. He was also billed by WWE during his tenure as Rikishi as 6'1'' (though he was billed as 6'3'' when he was Fatu). I've seen him in person and he looked bang on 6'1''. Doesn't seem to quite look it there with Frank, though -- maybe he's slouching or further from the camera? Thanks Frank for putting this pic up! How was he to you?
[Editor Rob: he is a few inches further back. If the photographer is quite close it might make frank appear a little taller...I know this is annoying in photos, I've got a few where I can see the effect, because one person is 4 inches closer, cameraman is 3 foot away, it can 'hide' 1/2cm quite easily] |
