Looks more like 5'10.5 to me, i might give him 5'11 if he stood completely straight, but that's it. Not to mention he also has his arm around your shoulder. I just can't see 5'11.5 in this pic.

Looks 5'10.75" lowest & 5'11.25" highest if his posture is loose. Doesn't quite hit the full 5'11.5" although I might be wrong

On the top, it looks like he could maybe hit close to 6' if he straightened up but on the bottom picture, he looks struggling with 5'11". Was his footwear different?
