Just saw an episode of "The Nanny" where Tyne Daly was the guest star. She's a good 2 inches taller than Fran Dreschler who is listed on this site as 5'5" tall. Either Tyne Daly is 5'7" or Dreschler needs to be downgraded to 5'3" or 5'4".

I'd say she's no more than 5ft 4 inch at best. With age and all the weight she's added to her frame, she's definitely shrank since her early debut appearance in one of the Dirty Harry movies in the 70's.
