Saw him at da club and he was like 2-3 inches shorter than I, and I'm a steady 6' 2" - but he was wearing really tall platform shoes and I had on my flip-floppy's. If I had to guess, I'd say he was about 5'10" or maybe 5'10½" at most, but that's if he's all stretched out and reaching up for something out of the cabinet above the fridge or something similar, I don't know, like reaching for a light bulb that BURNT OUT AND NEEDS REPLACING? No more than 5'11.5 IMO, he's most likely rounding up a bit with his 6' claim.
Besided being 1-2 inches shorter than legit 6'-6'1 DJ Qualls in a Scrubs episode as Grant mentioned below, he looked too short next to 6'2-6'3 Hugh Laurie & Sascha Baron Cohen, to be a genuine 6 footer.
BTW the difference between him and Flynn on the show was closer to 6 inches than 5 IIRC, so assuming Flynn is 6'5 (which seems reasonable), that makes Braff about 5'11, maybe 5'11.5 tops. Josh.J says on 26/Oct/09
