Sneaker Heights

Puma RS-0 are running shoes that were released in 2018. Taking inspiration from the orginal Puma RS series of the 1980's, these are a chunky style sneaker, providing a decent boost to your height.

In terms of heel thickness, I measured the RS-0 at JD Sports and found they gave almost 34mm or 1.3 inches.


The Puma RS-X Running are quite similar, released in 2018. The RS Running system dates back to the 1980's and recent models like the RS-X improve upon that cushioning technology.
The RS-X are quite close in thickness to the RS-0, within a mm or so when I measured them.
