Use of CelebHeights.com ("We", "Our") includes accessing, browsing, commenting and voting on our site. Please read these terms before using our site. By using our site, you confirm you accept the terms of use and will comply with them. If you do not accept these terms, please do not visit the Website. Last Update: May 2021.

These terms of use also refer to the Privacy & Cookie Policy. They set out how we process data and information about cookies. By using our site, you consent to processing of your data and that all provided data by you is accurate.

Accessing the Site

1.1 - Access to our site is provided free of charge. We don't guarantee our site or it's functionality will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, alter, withdraw or discontinue any part of our site without notice. We won't be liable if our site is unavailable at any time, or for any length of time.

1.2 - You are responsible for your own access, usage and via your Internet Connection, anybody else who accesses the site, ensuring those users are aware of our terms and that they comply with them.

1.3 - Site content changes frequently. We may alter it at any time and it might become out of date. We are under no obligation to update it, nor do we guarantee any content is free from errors or omissions.

1.5 - Celebheights.com database of heights and all textual information is provided on an AS IS basis. The site is not related to any famous people, nor have they ever provided me with their doctor certified height.

1.6 - All opinions about height are just that - opinion and estimations of height. Visitor comments are not representative of our views.

1.7 - Clicking any link is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the protection or privacy of any information you provide those sites, they are not governed by our privacy policy and we will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from you visiting them. Always check those websites own privacy policies to be aware of how they handle your personal information.

1.8 - In compiling this site we have tried to be as accurate as we can with celebrity heights, but we make no claims, nor provide any warranties as to the accuracy of the information or opinions provided. We can alter and delete information from this site at any moment and without notification.

1.9 - CelebHeights is an entertainment news and commentary database that lists what it believes are the estimated heights of celebrities and comments upon instances where height differences would indicate a possibly alternate height from the publicised or claimed one. The information is provided for entertainment only. In no way does it intend that users should rely upon ANY of the height information provided for any purposes whatsoever.

1.10 - Celebheights will under no circumstances be held liable or responsible for any losses, damages including, but not limited to the loss of profits, goodwill, lawyer fees, or direct/indirect or consequential losses that may arise out of any usage of information on this site that could be inaccurate, including opinions submitted to the site. All warranties express or implied are excluded to the fullest extent permissible by law.

1.11 - You agree to indemnify, defend and hold CelebHeights.com harmless from and against all claims, expenses, losses, costs, damages or fees arising out of, or related to, any misuse by the User of the content or service provide by the website.

1.12 - We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other harmful material that may infect your equipment, programs, data or other materials due to your use of our site, downloading any content from it, or on any website linked to it.

Comment Policy

1.13 - To comment (or vote) on CelebHeights you must be at least 16 years old.

1.14 - Submitting a comment or photo grants celebheights.com a perpetual right to publish said content on this website or any other platform and be able to modify, edit or delete as seen fit.

1.15 - Whilst comments are moderated, you are still responsible for their content. Name, email and IP are stored for each comment.

1.16 - Comments may be edited or deleted in these circumstances:

1. Comments considered spam will be removed. This may include comments irrelevant to the topic, those attempting to promote other websites, or those containing off-topic links.
2. Comments that insult or attack other visitors, celebrities or the Moderator are prohibited. This includes hate speech based on a person's origin, race, gender, age, religion, disability, height, weight or sexual preferences.
3. Comments that contain profanity or bad language are auto-censored or deleted. Please keep it family-friendly.
4. Comments that reveal personal information may be edited or deleted.
5. Visitors who try to use more than one username may have their comments deleted and be banned from commenting.
6. Visitors who try to adversely influence voting averages may have their votes discounted and be banned.
7. Visitors who use social media like Youtube, Facebook or Twitter to disparage CelebHeights or the Editor may be permanently banned.
8. Comments that could be considered slanderous or defamatory are prohibited.
9. Comments that discuss banned users are prohibited.
10. Comments that include or promote copyright infringement are prohibited, be it in submitted content or links to other sites.

1.17 - The Editor reserves the right to delete or edit any comment submitted to this site at his own discretion and without notice.

Posting Content to Our Site

1.18 - When posting content, you agree that:

1. The content is your own, not copied from a 3rd party without their consent.
2. The content is accurate and you haven't published similar content elsewhere.
3. You warrant that any content you contribute will comply with the aforementioned conditions and that you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. You will be responsible for any losses or damages which result from a breach of this warrant.

Acceptable Usage of Our Site

1.19 - You may use our site for lawful purposes only.

2. To upload, receive, use or re-use content which does not comply with our commenting policies.
3. To knowingly transmit any data, upload or link to material that contains viruses, worms, or any nefarious and harmful programs.
4. For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm any users of the site.
5. In any way or purpose which is unlawful or fraudulent, or has an intention or purpose to that effect.
6. Attempt to access without authority any restricted services on our site.
7. To embed the site within a frame, or embed (hotlink) any image hosted on the celebheights.com domain within another website.
8. To impersonate other individuals.
9. Attempt to damage, interfere or disrupt any part of our website, equipment, network, software or third parties associated with our site.
10. To attack our site via denial-of-service, resource overload or negative/spam related methods.

Suspension and Termination

1.21 - We may take appropriate action, at our discretion, if we discover a user has breached the comment or acceptable usage terms whilst using our website.

1.22 - The following actions may be taken:

1. Immediate, temporary or permanent revocation of right to use, comment or vote on our site.
2. Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any content or comments you posted.
3. Legal proceedings against you for any costs resulting from your breach of terms.
4. Where necessary and reasonable by law enforcement or court order, disclosure of information which breaches the terms.

2. Credit to Showmasters and their photographers for photoshoots taken at Collectormania, London Film Con, Massive Events Conventions

1.26 - The CelebHeights.com Logo is a Registered Trademark. Please ask permission, should you wish to use it for any purposes.

1.27 - Scots law shall apply to our Terms, notwithstanding the jurisdiction in which you are based. You agree that the Scottish courts will have jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms, and for these purposes you shall submit any disputes to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

1.28 - If you see any information, comments or images on this site that you feel infringe rights or are objectionable, please contact the webmaster Rob Paul with a removal or notification request. This can be done via email (robpaul AT gmail.com) or by leaving a message (which won't be published) on the approriate page of the site to help identify where the objectionable content is located.
