So is he the same height as you, Rob? He always gave the impression of a taller guy, let's say 5'9" as he was listed on many websites before becoming a star at Barcelona. Well, I guess the fact that he is very skinny makes him appear taller. He seems well proportioned.

He was measured in a clip of Barcelona his armspan (183 I think) and right on the side of his head there was a table indicating references with marks of height every 5 cms. The top of his head was around 174-175. Guessing the table starts at 170 cm tall. It is easy to guess Messi was around the end of the table wgen he was posing for armspan too

If you go to Hamilton's page, you see picture after picture showing him 171 MAX independent of the measurement you're talking about. He's not taller than listed. Point is that even if he was, it would not be by nearly enough to explain Neymar looking so short in the picture below.

Editor Rob 5ft 8 flat for neymar is always possible, when there is half inch or so between people, it isn't a great deal.

@175 cm I think he is 193 cm, but if Piqué was questioned: "Are you 192 cm?" and his answer was "Now I'm in 194 cm, I'm taller every time" I would rule out the possibility of him being measured in shoes.

Piqué was measured barefoot but it's an early measurement. It can happen with the very tall people. In Periscope Piqué said I think I am nowadays at 194 cm tall, saying that it was taller than before.

Contrast that with boxing legend Rocky Marciano --> 173/178 = 0.97 who made the most of his short arms by honing his inside fighting skills.

Editor Rob there can look around 1.5 between them generally, 5ft 8.25 is the most I think Neymar can typically look, 5ft 8 flat is of course just as possible.
