Looks nearly three inches taller (also taking into consideration that Glenn's standing closer to the camera). As she's obviously in heels, she's probably indeed 5ft8.
For those who are curious, check out the height pages of Mischa Barton, LeeLee Sobieski and Minnie Driver (5ft9, 5ft10 and 5ft10 respectively). Lively would have to appear taller on the pic to pass for a 5ft10er.

remember the heels people, she's ALWAYS with extra super big wow heels, in the show, interviews, partys.. maybe we should get a picture of her in the gym or something, also her proportionate body helps a lot, i think she's 5'7, 5'7 1/2 easy.

ummmm you guys, im pretty sure Blake is at least 5'8", if not more. look at her, between 5'8" and 5'10" is not unreasonable. or she just looks tall because she has great proportions, but there is no way she is any less than 5'8".

5'8" is pretty accurate. there is no way she is 5'7" or less, because i am about 5'7" and i'm not THAT tall. my friend is 5'4" and she seems less short compared to me, than leighton is compared to blake.

She looked like she was about 1.5" - 2" shorter than Justin Long in Accepted and this site has him listed at 5'9". Judging from that movie I'd say she's 5'7" - 5'8" barefoot tops.

All I can say is that she's somewhere between 5 ft 8 and 5 ft 10. Based on the comments from those close to her (if they really are close to her) she's probably 5 ft 9. :)
