He looks all of 5'11 with Eduardo Verastegui who is listed as 6 foot and a half, I think he is close enough to 5'11 to be called 5'11. If he is under then I would say the height he is, is the reasonable height to claim the next inch. Creds go to @Fe

Almost 5'11
He was around 5'9 in 2007-2009.
Eventually grew slightly taller than David Deluise (strong 5'10 but he has bad posture).

I'll say 5'11 or 5'10.75 at worst. He grew pretty late. Was around 5'9 in 2007 and shorter than David Deluise on Wizard of Waverly place (who is listed 179 cms) and eventually grew taller than him.

The ground will be uneven here but I think he looks an almost 5’11 guy with closer to the camera Gregg Sulkin. Sulkin looks strong 5’8 range with David here if he’s really 5’10.5.

Why not upgrade him to 5'10.75" then?

He's slightly taller than David Deluise (who is a strong 5'10" range himself) and he always looks like a NEAR 5'11" guy.
I think that listing would be more fair.

@ Sandy Cowell - It is hard to tell how tall you are if you wear a top hat AND high heels however height detective extraordinaire Rob Paul would probably have you rumbled! There is only so far you can go with high heels and a top hat without it looking obvious to all and sundry that you are trying to pinch extra unowned inches, but you can get away with legitimately looking more inches taller than what you are to the vast majority of people than you can with our Rob! 👠! 🎩!
