If u look at old videos of her singing live as early as 50s/40s she does look tall her limbs look longer

In Touched by an Angel doesn't look much over 5'7. Maybe she shrunk by then in late 90s. 5'8 might be peak height.

In her youth (like the photo seen on this page, when she was slim) she actually said she weighed 140 pounds, which is quite believable for a 5ft 8 woman.

I'm sure they show 'Touched By An Angel' on the True Entertainment Freeview channel, but I haven't watched it yet. I'll give the late Della 5ft8.
