I'm 181 cm tall now and my cousin, who's the same height as i am, claims 6'2 and 6'3 and no one calls him out on it. At least not yet. I don't call him out either because i feel like I'd be rude lol.

Canson, a legit 6'4-6'4.5 most don't know how tall it really is when you got guys 6'2.5 claiming 6'4. Most guys my height will try to claim 6'2. Guy at work claimed 6'3. Got him on stadio barefoot afternoon he was 6'1-6'1.25 lol

@Alex: that’s sad but true. Guess I’d be a downer. At 6’4.25”, I’m strong 6’5 in most shoes and at least solid in others but weak 6’6 in some. I say strong 6’5 in some because a normal 1” shoe plus orthotic makes me 6’5 3/8 given that I’m replacing the original insole with one 1/4” thicker so a net of 1/8”. But if I throw a pair of Jordan’s or Timbs on I’m near a weak 6’6 with my orthotic in or out as I’d get around 6’5.5 in them with a regular insole and then I’d get around 6’5” flat with a thinner shoe with orthotic in

@Berta: I don’t rule out 188-189 today but I can’t see 6’4 morning peak. Maybe 6’3.75 and he came down to 6’3 or a 1/4” less on both. He got his 6’4 peak claim from shoes

i think dwayne is like arnold. He looks shorter than he really is. Arnold can look 179 these days but if he got measured then maybe he could be closer to 180,5 Dwayne look about 189 most of the time but maybe he could measure taller? I ouldnt go lower than 189 for his current height. And peak seemed to be 6´3 but could he have measred 1/4 over that in the afternoon? I think there is a good chanse for that. in the morning he was of course 6´4 so the guy isnt really lying with his 6´4 claim.

Again, him being shorter than Terry Crews just seems highly implausible. Also i think you all are forgetting the dude only gets 3 to 5 hours of sleep a night and works his butt off doing heavy lifting hours and hours a day, everyday.
It's likely the rock is always at a low, every pic we see of him he's most likely at his low because of his lifestyle, which may be why at times he seems no more than 6'2 flat. If he got more sleep and let his spine take a break from lifting for a day, then i can see him managing 6'2 1/4 or 6'2 1/2.
He's also really heavy, he even admitted to weighing 281 pounds a couple years ago. All the weight he has on his body, and all the lifting, i think an inch of height loss isn't impossible, though when he was slimmer and not as swole it was probably more of a 3/4 height variation.

It’s true during the 90s he looked 6’2.5 maybe more, and at least 265+. He did have higher body fat then.
Early 2000s he still looked 6’2.5” but slimmed down to 240ish

He is much more physically imposing and is a living beefcake now as compared to when he first wrestled that is true, though i still think he genuinely needs to lean down a couple dozen pounds. He shouldn't be weighing more than 240-250 range like Terry Crews at a height of 6'2".

At one point he weighed 280 lbs during his football days when he was younger and taller, now he's close to that weight while being much older and a bit shorter.

It's funny that he may have lost height with age, as he actually looks physically more impressive now than back in his wrestling days in his 20s. Supplements of course help in that.

I think he looks as low as 6’1.5” at times recently but with loose posture, I think straightened up he could still be a solid 6’2” and has maybe lost about 0.75 inches of height from peak. Perhaps oddly for a guy who routinely claims to be taller than he actually is, I doubt he’s ever worn a lift like some Hollywood actors.

That's true. Even by pro wrestler standards, losing height already at 32 is rare. I've always had the Rock at 6'2.75" peak, but maybe 6'2.5" is just as possible like some here have guessed him. 188cm peak is a bit too low though.

If he was ever taller than 6' 2.5", he isn't now. He looked around the same height as Ryan Reynolds in "Red Notice" (which is a great movie, by the way). I could see him being 6' 3" when he was younger.

This was just from looking at his proportions. It was also before I had much understanding of height. I was deceived into believing he was shorter because of his legs shorter for a man of height.

The Rock appears slightly taller in 85% of the pictures I've seen them together. Sometimes they're the same height, but most of the time the Rock appears to have 1/4 to full inch on Roman. Well, he's still going at full throttle at near 50. Ronnie Coleman is in his mid 50s I think and can barely walk now. I think he's in great cardiovascular shape but I agree he'd be better off at 240s range and taking less juice and calories. When you have to eat more than twice the number of calories the average man eats to maintain size it's not good for you. I admire his work ethic.

Detrimental to your health and credible evidence that he’s on the sauce despite many who assume he’s natural. I cant bevive he is villing to do that at his age. I know guy half his age that have died from that. Myguess it that witin 5-8 years he will have terrible problem with heart, blood pressure, shrink down to 187,5 and be diebetic. My advice to him from seing so many poeple destroy their health at a young age is : if you now must take steroide because doesnt feel good about himself in any other way the keep it on the low maybe 300 mg test onca a week and 1,5 iu growth homrone, pretty mutch hormone replacemtn thereapy. Fury is in a completely different field (Johnson too was in a very physical sport but not anymore so his physical appearance is directed more towards Hollywood which unfortunately expects more overtly muscular and conventionally strong bodies). Fury's strength is visible enough through his boxing appearances and shows that you don't need to be a bodybuilder to be fit.

Liam Payne and Pete Davidson I could see more what you mean James haha!! The rock in the early 2000s was 6’2.25” 240lbs at the most.
The rock today is more like 6’1.75” 265-270lbs

@Height Doesn’t matter: probably 5’10 1/8 if you are 5’10 flat in the evening but you lose a lot for 5’10”. I’m 6” taller and lose 3/4” to 2 cm. I lose all of mine within around 7 hours so I claim my afternoon height of 6’4.25 here on the site and just say I’m 6’4” outside of this site (I’m a flat 6’5 out of bed)

I am 5ft 11 immediately in the morning (only for a few minutes, after few minutes I am under 180 cm) and 5ft 10 at the end of the day/after some physical exercise?

In the movie with Reynolds either can look taller at times, so they're probably quite close. Dwayne could have the edge, but it's really not much...
