I was going to remark on the size of Geoffrey's hands and now I find that the poor man is no longer with us. 😢 How sad.

I didn't think he looked old enough to have died of anything other than a fatal illness, but I checked him out and found that he lived for 84 years. Geoffrey had a son called Leo, who is described as a gifted graphic artist, whose work was used to enhance film effects. 👌 Geoffrey's Bond film, Live and Let Die, was made in 1973.

The late actor gets 6ft6.

RIP Geoffrey XXX 🕯️

Rob, could you add Julius Harris?

He played Tee Hee in Live & Let Die. The guy with the claw. He's been listed 6ft3½ in places and I think w/h Moore and Yaphett Kotto he looked that mark. The other Carribbean henchmen in that movie could make Moore appear average at times. Must have been somewhere from 6ft5 to 6ft7 range

I ran into him in a movie theater line in New York City in (this ages me),the summer of 1981. The movie was Raiders of the Lost Ark. He was six foot six legit and, believe me, though the line was one block long, he did stand out.

With 5'10 Robert Shaw in red. Looks a solid 6'6" in comparison in my opinion although we can't see footwear or the ground level

Actually in google imaging him he was smaller framed than I remember and not quite Yaphet kotto type build. But likely still at least 220 pounds. He looks to have shrunk a lot nowadays though and has lost a lot of weight, I doubt he's anywhere near 6'6" today at the age of 82 he looks nearer 6'3

Looked this in Live and Let Die, probably 260 pounds too.

Felix Leiter (James Bond's CIA colleague) says in the James Bond film "Live and Let Die" to James Bond: "James, have you seen Kananga's henchman Baron Samedi, he's 6'5".

I just got finished watching "Live And Let Die", and yeah, 6'6 looks accurate. He did look 4-5 inches taller than Roger Moore, who was close to 6'2 at his peak. There's only one scene where they really square up, a swordfight. It's kinda hard to truly compare them because they're moving around and never standing straight or looking at each other eye to eye, but the difference is pretty clear. Also, his character in one scnee is described as being "9 feet tall". An exageration to be sure, but still means he's a big man nonetheless. Also, the booklet for the movie describes him as 6'6.

Well it has come kind of a surprise to me that this guy was 198cms tall, though he did look huge in most of the movies he acted in.

I did see him from about 10ft, hard to guess, but not 6ft 6 in 2006

Wow. I didn't realize he was this tall. I don't remember him looking quite that big next to 5'9.5 Eddie Murphy in "Boomerang". But he may have lost a bit of height by then.
