6ft 0.5in max , maybe 5ft11.5 lowest. Always wears converse so always has trainer/sneaker disadvantage but still on par with tom cavanagh . I can see if 6ft 0.5in is real height then he rounded up to 6ft 1 in but then got carried away and added an inch , thats what some people do. I am 182.6cm at the end of the day which i regard as my height but I round only slightly to 6ft but I wouldn't add an inch on to 6ft and claim that i am 6ft1. Btw Guys im 16 so I hope when i stop growing i reach the 184-186 region.

He's eye level with Stephen Amell in many of their scenes. Now, I've measured myself straight out of bed, at a full morning erect height and I stand 182.83cm which is basically 6ft, and I dare you to distinguish otherwise because I put this into a height comparison website, and there was no difference between my measured height and 182.9 which is 6'0. Many people have commented on my tall stature as well, and I've claimed 6'1 and was never questioned. That said, since I know what a 6 footer looks like, I can say for sure that Grant is as well.
Edit: Should mention, I'm probably a bit taller than that, as I've measured myself to a full 72 inches if I've slept longer, and at my lowest I'm 5'11.5. So yeah, Grant is tall, but he's also lanky which makes him appear taller.

It's sad seing that him and tom cavanagh's average height guess are within .1 inch. Watch season 2 episode 17 titled "flashback" both grant and tom have flat shoes and he is clearly taller. .1 inch would be indistinguishable yet it's obvious. I've seen every episode of flash multiple times and am also very "height obsessed". This is my observation watch this episode if you want to see. Go to 31:30 in the episode and watch for a minute grant is clearly looking up to him and footwear is even I know bc when Harrison wells (tom) in season 1 always wore flat footwear.

He made Melissa Benoist look really tiny and seems to be very close in height with Tom Cavanagh, John Wesley Shipp and Jesse L Martin. The last two being solid 6'1. He would probably be this after a very long day. Still think he is a solid 6'0 though. No more than that.

After watching multiple episodes of the flash I can safely conclude he looks 5'11.5". He looks an inch and half shorter than stephen amell, and 1.5" taller than the guy who plays eddy on the show (who's listed on this site as 5'10"). I think a slight downgrade is necessary.

Editor Rob I think that moment he can look 5ft 11.5...but is it a question of Amell standing with best posture and Gustin with half inch lesser posture? I wouldn't rule out that possibility, although at times 182 range for him isn't impossible.
