He has a very long torso, long arms and short but muscular legs. He looked pretty small in F&G back in the day next to the girls, who were 5"2 and 5"6 respectively. He looked a little taller than Busy Philipps, who is listed as 5"6 (hard to believe since she looks so burly - I know)
That said, he was taller than Penn in Milk - not a lot but still. You cannot go by movies, of course, everyone wears lifts etc. (ask Depp, Downey Jr. and Cruise) I say 5"9-10 is pretty accurate, since he really looked only a little taller than a 5"6 inch Phillips. (both wearing flat shoes, of course)

Sorry Jai, that really doesn't add up with the picture above? ...Glenn is 5ft 8 and James is clearly around 3 inches taller... I think that the photo that I showed below more prooves that both James and Seth are around 5ft 11.

in PA, franco was in flat nothing shoes, and was never more than an inch shorter than rogen, whose in the 5-11 neighbourhood. 5-10 is the lowest id go for franco, likely closer to 5-11

Just watched Pineapple Express. At one point there's a police profile of Seth Rogen's character on it which reads 5'9".... When he first goes to James Franco's character's appartment, Franco is barefoot, Rogen is wearing shoes and they look level on height, possbly Franco a little more ....which would make Franco 5'10" - 5'10.5". He doesn't seem any smaller than that in other films. Maybe his listed height of 5'11.5" is with shoes on.

Everytimes I've ever seen James he was wearing boots with heels. He always wears heels. You can take off at least 2 inches off because of those.

What does Glenn do for a living to have all this time to take pictures with many (as per this site) celebrities. I find this ridiculous. Everyone examine this photo, Glenn's face color and James face color are from 2 different cameras, escpecially the lighting situation. Lighting is from 2 separate photos. straightened out he really looks close to 6-0. considering glenn admits to being 5-8 when he wakes, and that he wakes quite late, if anyone would have an advantage it would be glenn. I watched Pineapple express yesterday. In the whole movie there was clearly minimum an inch or 1.5 inches between Franco and Rogen. If Franco is 5ft10.5, then Rogen is 6ft for sure. Editor Rob because the mag is french it appeared in metric. I've no idea what he really did say. If he said 5ft 10 the journo would have writtn 178 in theory, he could have said 10,11 or even 6, the closest to 182cm which was written.

If you compare all the guys boots the pic Viewer posted, you'll notice quite clearly that henderson is packing inserts in his boots. Look where the laces are positioned on the dorsum of the foot on all the other guys but they are at an awekward angle on Henersons :-) I say 2" inserts.

I still think he and Topher look the same height in MD's pic, although it could be James' hair giving that impression too. Tobey could have been in lifts for Spiderman 3.
