Rob, if someone was on survivor (30+ days with very little food water and sleep, constant physical activity) a few times would it cause permanent decrease in height from those experiences alone?

Editor Robit would put you to real extreme low height, especially if dehydrated badly...but your body with some time could recuperate.
I suppose it's whether the activities damage the cartilage or discs to cause any permanent losses.

I think he’s probably 174 range. He always looks in the slightly below average range and he’s usually noticeably shorter than the tall contestants survivor tends to cast

I've always thought of him as slightly on the short side. He looks slightly taller than Ryan Seacrest, who you have measured as 5'7 1/2. But he also looks a couple inches shorter than Boston Rob, who is probably about 5'10. I would peg him at 5'8 flat.

Seems about right, maybe 5'8.5". There's a lot of google pictures of him next to Ryan Seacrest if you search the two together.
